Men’s and Teen’s Coaching
For teen boys, men, couples & families.
Through conversation and practical tools, Jeff helps men and teens release old patterns, build confidence and clarity to move forward.
  • “I can honestly say that Jeff is an amazing coach and mentor who has really helped me change my life for the better. Working with Jeff helped me sort out where my issues were coming from and how to make the changes needed.”

    Men’s Coaching

  • “Wow! Those clay-field sessions went by so fast - I’m not ready for them to finish & neither is she! She is really enjoying it & I’ve honestly noticed such a change in how she is now calm & handling things better. She openly says how she feels & works through the emotion. No way are we stopping!”

    Clay Field Therapy Parent

  • “I can see a deeper level of connection with her in the last 24 hours. She’s been reaching to hold my hand or give me little hugs. She’s softer. In moments when she’s about to get upset, she’s been stopping to use her normal voice to ask for what she wants.”

    Clay Field Therapy Parent

  • “Thank you so much for the last year. It has been an incredible learning curve. When I began KIN I was nervous about making mistakes and messing up. I was concerned about how I would get judged. Now I feel like I can come in with confidence about talking to people and interacting with them”

    KIN Teen Leader

  • “Thank you for everything you have done for me this year. I have learned some incredible things I never knew I needed. Like the ability to allow people to come to their own conclusions, by using questions to prompt rather than statements to tell. Also the ability to lead in a group situation without being controlling.”

    KIN Teen Leader

  • “I love the way you deal with kids who are upset. Instead of trying to fix the issue for them, you teach them to self-regulate. I have enjoyed every minute spent at KIN this year. It has been one of the best experiences of my life!”

    KIN Teen Leader

  • “Thanks Jeff. I really got a lot out of the men’s retreat and have already seen positive effects from putting skills I learnt on the day into practice. You were a fantastic support and I felt you did an amazing job at creating a space for us men to open up, be vulnerable and move towards a more fulfilling life.”

    Men’s Retreat

  • “I recently had the privilege of attending a Father / Son retreat with my son, guided by Jeff, and it was nothing short of transformative. His facilitation created a space that felt both grounded and sacred. His presence, wisdom, and authenticity allowed the group to slow down, tune in, and truly connect—both with ourselves and with each other. Through storytelling, shared experiences, shared-life wisdom, and intentional rituals, my son and I deepened our bond in a way that everyday life rarely allows.”

    Father & Son Retreat

  • “Having been fortunate enough to do several one on one sessions with Caz, I can say unreservedly she is a true healer, with a natural ability to get to the heart of one’s issues in a way that is always pure in intent, life affirming, and compassionate. Caz's ability to open people’s hearts and creative energy is remarkable. It is a freeing experience I can thoroughly recommend."

    Clay-Play Therapy

  • “Caz is an extremely insightful facilitator who holds a warm, nurturing and expansive space for exploring your inner world. She always provided a potent, deeply trusting and very safe place to truly come into contact with the hidden parts of myself that were shy and fearful. Caz’s process and approach is truly transformative.”

    Clay-Play Therapy

  • “I have tried therapists before and I always felt they never really got me or why I was there. I had one clay-play session with Caz and I was blown away. She was able to guide me to realizations I never knew were inside me.I always felt held by Caz in further sessions and working with the clay is always intuitive and calming. It allows me to meet myself in a new way. Caz has a way of holding beautiful space for you, allowing you to come back to your inner world of authenticity.”
